Child Safety & Parental Consent
Effective date: March 29, 2026
KidMint is designed for young learners, and child safety is central to how we want the platform to work.
1. Parent-controlled use
We intend for child accounts, profiles, settings, and purchases to be managed by a parent or lawful guardian.
2. Personal data of children
Where KidMint processes personal data relating to a child, we intend to seek verifiable consent from the parent or lawful guardian where required.
3. Parent controls
Where available, parents or guardians may be able to enable or disable sections, manage audio and video access, set learning preferences, review progress information, request correction or deletion, and close a child profile.
4. No targeted advertising to children
KidMint does not intend to use children's data for targeted advertising or behavioural monitoring.
5. No diagnosis claims
KidMint does not diagnose autism, ADHD, speech disorders, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or any other medical or psychological condition. Any progress summaries, AI-supported insights, or skill suggestions are intended only for educational support and parent guidance.
6. Safe content approach
We aim to keep content age-appropriate, supportive, and non-harmful. If you believe any content is unsuitable, please contact us.
7. Concerns or requests
