A national foundational model for KidMint
KidMint is being shaped as a competency-based, multilingual, stage-wise foundational learning platform for India rather than a textbook clone of every board.
That means the site is organized around common foundational domains, child-friendly stages, language tracks, and reusable learning objects that can work across states and school types.
Stage-wise learning bands
LKG
Children build confidence with letters, sounds, shapes, simple story listening, matching, and playful pre-writing.
UKG
Children move toward phrase reading, sound awareness, counting growth, sequence practice, and classroom readiness.
Grade 1
