Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want our billing terms to be simple and fair.
1. Subscriptions
KidMint may offer monthly, quarterly, annual, or other subscription plans. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions provide access for the period purchased, may renew automatically if you have opted into auto-renewal, and may be cancelled before the next billing date to stop future renewals.
2. Cancellation
When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated, future renewals will stop, and no additional renewal charge should be applied after cancellation takes effect.
3. Refunds
Because KidMint primarily provides digital access, learning content, and digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid subscription period has started and access has been granted, except in cases such as duplicate payment, incorrect charge due to a system error, payment taken after a valid cancellation, failure to provide the paid service for a material period due to our fault, or refund required under applicable law.
4. Trial periods and promotional offers
If a free trial or special promotional offer is provided, the specific terms shown at the time of sign-up will apply.

Please include your account email, transaction date, payment reference, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the request.
6. Time for review
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable period. Approved refunds, if any, are generally returned through the original payment method, subject to banking or payment-partner timelines.
7. Abuse prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of misuse, repeated abuse, or fraud.
