These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of KidMint. By using KidMint, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use KidMint
KidMint is intended to be used by parents, lawful guardians, educators, and children under adult oversight where appropriate.
If you create an account or make a purchase, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding arrangement, or you are acting through a parent, lawful guardian, or authorized adult. Children should not independently enter into paid transactions or legal agreements on the platform.
2. What KidMint provides
KidMint offers educational and child-development support features, which may include lessons, stories, logic activities, rhymes, worksheets, parent guidance, progress summaries, AI-supported recommendations, and related digital services.
3. No diagnosis or therapy service
KidMint is not a medical provider, mental health provider, therapy clinic, school board, or diagnostic authority.
Any summaries, recommendations, or insights provided through the platform are for educational support and general guidance only. They should not be treated as medical, psychological, developmental, therapeutic, or legal advice.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
5. Parent control
Where child profiles or parent settings exist, the parent or lawful guardian is responsible for decisions about what sections are enabled, what information is provided, whether subscriptions are purchased, whether AI-supported summaries are used, and whether a child profile should remain active.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Some services may be free and some may require payment. If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, you agree to pay the displayed price, taxes, and charges. Billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be described at checkout or in the applicable subscription screen. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with security or functionality, copy, scrape, or republish content without permission, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, KidMint and its content, design, branding, text, graphics, software, and educational materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit our content except as permitted by law or by our written permission.
9. Third-party content and services
KidMint may include third-party content, links, or embedded services. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or policies.
10. Availability
We may change, suspend, improve, or discontinue parts of KidMint at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidMint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, fraud, non-payment, breach of these Terms, or legal necessity.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable jurisdiction and consumer rights.
