A national foundational model for KidMint
KidMint is being shaped as a competency-based, multilingual, stage-wise foundational learning platform for India rather than a textbook clone of every board.
That means the site is organized around common foundational domains, child-friendly stages, language tracks, and reusable learning objects that can work across states and school types.
Stage-wise learning bands
एलकेजी
बच्चे अक्षरों, ध्वनियों, आकारों, सरल कहानी-सुनने, मिलान और खेल-खेल में पूर्व-लेखन से आत्मविश्वास बनाते हैं।
यूकेजी
बच्चे वाक्यांश-पठन, ध्वनि-जागरूकता, बढ़ती गिनती, क्रम-अभ्यास और कक्षा-तैयारी की ओर बढ़ते हैं।
कक्षा 1
वाक्य-पठन, शब्दावली-वृद्धि, संख्यात्मक क्रियाओं की तैयारी, सरल ईवीएस विषय और व्यवस्थित दिनचर्या जोड़ें।
कक्षा 2
बच्चे गहरी समझ, प्रयोगात्मक व्याकरण, बुनियादी समस्या-समाधान, मजबूत ईवीएस विषय और सामाजिक समझ पर काम करते हैं।

Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, and later expansion through the same reusable structure.
State-friendly packs
Kerala-friendly pack
Malayalam, local objects, familiar cultural context, and state-friendly examples.
Karnataka-friendly pack
Kannada plus region-aware examples, stories, and environment words.
Maharashtra-friendly pack
Marathi-ready content with local names, festivals, and EVS examples.

Reusable learning objects
KidMint is moving toward reusable learning objects so each concept can become a full mini learning unit across sections.
Current rollout approach
Phase 1: Common national foundation
English, stories, logic, worksheets, basic EVS, and listening-friendly learning objects.
Phase 2: Mirrored language tracks
Hindi plus a first set of state-language tracks using the same reusable learning structure.
Phase 3: Full foundational breadth
Broader EVS, grammar in use, social and life skills, drawing, speaking, and pre-writing.
Phase 4: State-friendly localization
Regional examples, cultural packs, local vocabulary, and richer multilingual audio support.
How this connects to the current site
Learning covers early literacy and concept practice. Stories supports read-alouds, comprehension, and vocabulary. Logic builds reasoning. Skill Labs expands into speaking, routines, calm focus, drawing, and social understanding. Worksheets, Rhymes, Inclusive Support, and Parent tools extend those same foundations instead of sitting apart from them.
